Shopping Location of The Year

Liverpool ONE has become the ‘new heart of the city’ since its official opening back in May 2008. The £1bn regeneration scheme, which has propelled Liverpool back into the top five retail destinations in the UK, has helped contribute to a remarkable turnaround in the city’s fortunes post-Capital of Culture.
